FreJun
Salespeople connect their own FreJun account from Settings (individual OAuth). Workspace admins enable FreJun for the team and may optionally configure a separate admin API key for bulk import — that admin path does not replace your personal connection.
Connect your FreJun account
- Open Settings → Platform connections on your salesperson dashboard.
- Click Connect FreJun when the tile is available (admin must have enabled salesperson FreJun connections).
- Confirm the disclosure, then complete FreJun OAuth with the identity FreJun uses to attribute your calls — often your work email, or the platform email on the FreJun side if that differs.
- When connected, inbound call events and recordings wired for your tenant can appear as calls in RevvTik.
Admin API key (optional, separate)
Organisation admins may configure a FreJun API key under Admin → Settings for transcript-first import and operational tooling. That is an admin-only feature and is not the same as your personal Connect FreJun tile. Reps who rely on automatic call capture should still connect their own account when enabled.
Environment & webhooks
FreJun webhooks must target your organisation's deployed RevvTik API URL. Staging and production are easy to mix up; if events never arrive, verify the endpoint with your admin or support.
Disconnect
Click Disconnect on your FreJun tile and confirm in the dialog. Your personal OAuth link is removed on our side; you can reconnect anytime.
