Uploading calls
Salespeople and admins can upload audio or video files from the upload flow in the app. Minimum duration and format rules are enforced in the UI.
Before you upload
- Confirm your organisation allows recording and analysis for coaching.
- Confirm participants were notified where required, see participant notice templates.
After upload
A call record is created and queued for transcription, then analysis and scoring. Progress appears on the call detail view.
