RevvTik uses the sub-processors below to deliver the Services. Not all sub-processors apply to every customer or deployment. Usage depends on enabled integrations, selected deployment configuration, geographic routing, and customer features in use.

Material changes are handled in line with our Data Processing Addendum. This list is versioned; see the bottom of this page.

Sub-processors

Cloud infrastructure

Hosting, databases, and storage for the RevvTik application and customer content.

Configured per deployment, for example US, EU, or India.

AssemblyAI

Speech-to-text transcription processing for customer call recordings submitted through RevvTik.

AWS EU-West-1, Dublin, Ireland - AssemblyAI EU endpoint.

OpenAI

LLM inference used to generate analysis, summaries, evidence extraction, and coaching outputs.

United States.

Zoom

Per-user OAuth: cloud recording ingestion, past participant metadata, and related meeting metadata for customer-connected Zoom accounts.

Region determined by Zoom and customer configuration.

Google Workspace / Meet / Drive

Per-user OAuth: Meet recordings, Drive files, and related metadata for customer-connected Google accounts.

Region determined by Google and customer configuration.

FreJun

Per-user OAuth or configured ingestion: call recordings and metadata for customer-connected FreJun accounts.

Region determined by FreJun and customer configuration.

Support & email delivery

Transactional email delivery and support tooling for account notifications.

Region depends on the configured email/support provider and deployment environment.

The categories and vendors above may evolve as RevvTik expands infrastructure, regional hosting, support tooling, or integration capabilities. Material changes will be communicated in accordance with the DPA.
