Acceptable Use Policy
Effective Date: 19 June 2026Version: 1.3.6
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all users of RevvTik. Violations may result in suspension or termination under the Terms of Service.
1. Lawful use
- Do not upload or connect recordings made or shared in violation of applicable law (including laws requiring consent for recording or monitoring).
- Do not use RevvTik to process content you do not have the right to submit (e.g. stolen recordings, confidential third-party data without authorisation).
2. Respectful and fair use
- Do not use the Services to harass, discriminate, or retaliate against employees or others.
- Do not use AI scores, evidence, or coaching insights as the sole basis for hiring, dismissal, discipline, performance-improvement plans, or any other decision with legal or similarly significant effects on a person (Art. 22 GDPR). Always provide meaningful human review.
- Do not present an AI score as a binding evaluation. Make clear that scores are AI-generated and that reps can use in-app help and their admin if something looks wrong.
3. Privacy & data subject rights
- Do not block, intercept, or delay any data subject rights request (e.g. access, erasure, rectification, portability, objection) made by a salesperson directly to RevvTik. Customer admins must not impersonate other users to read their privacy requests or downloads.
- Do not bypass the participant-notice gate or misrepresent in-product review flows (including admin-mediated review paths).
- Do not extract, reuse, or repurpose another organisation’s sub-processor or transcript data observed via support, beta, or shared-tenant features.
4. Technical abuse
- No reverse engineering, scraping, or attempts to circumvent security or rate limits.
- No probing or attacking RevvTik infrastructure or other tenants’ data.
- Do not interfere with retention, deletion, encryption, audit logging, or backup purge controls except through authorised admin features. Do not attempt to hide the coaching-only framing or strip links that explain scoring and help users reach their admin.
5. Integrations
Use third-party integrations (Zoom, Google, Microsoft, FreJun, etc.) only in line with those providers' terms and with valid credentials for accounts you are authorised to use. Connect only your own user account via the in-product OAuth flow unless your organisation has explicitly assigned you an admin import role (for example FreJun API key configuration). Do not misrepresent identity, tenant, or organisational affiliation. Connect only the OAuth scopes the product requests at connect time.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, require remediation, suspend accounts, or remove content. We may report illegal activity to authorities where required.
